Ben Misterkah

Ben Misterka's journey from Virginia Beach to the San Francisco Bay Area via Shanghai is anything but ordinary. With nearly six years in Shanghai, he established himself as a top session and touring guitarist, performing with leading pop artists, international acts, and his own project "Collectivity" at arenas, festivals, and clubs across China. A graduate of VCU's jazz program, Misterka's fluency in RnB, Hip Hop, Gospel, Funk, and Jazz made him a sought-after guitarist in Richmond before his move to China. Now, based in the Bay Area since 2017, Misterka continues to impress with his versatility, groove, and compelling performances, having released an album with Collectivity and collaborated with a diverse range of artists from Lyrics Born to Tan Wei Wei.
